Job Context:
∎ Work for Micro Insurance project and carry out all the administrative jobs of the Micro Insurance department.
∎ Supervise and ensure smooth operation of Micro Insurance
∎ Business development
∎ Any other official tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Assist HoD in developing and achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the Micro Insurance business.
∎ Work for Micro Insurance project and communicate, negotiate, maintain excellent relationship with clients to ensure smoother operation of Micro Insurance all over the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting & arranging meeting with new potential partners.
∎ Preparing SLA for new clients.
∎ Sharing data with actuary for new business.
∎ Updating the process flow charts for new projects.
∎ Making user manuals of new portals.
∎ Providing trainings for the users of new projects.
∎ Following up the digital claim sending process.
∎ Sharing the requirements with IT and making sure a smoother process.
∎ Attaining Claim Query from clients through mail + hot-lines.
∎ Analytical report for Clients (when required).
∎ Checking lead time of Not-intimated claims.
∎ Receiving Courier and inserting the portal.
∎ Checking all the mails of documents required as well as settled.
∎ Following up to collect the required documents by calling BM/AM/RM.
∎ Formatting MIS received from clients to upload it in GLIL's Database.
∎ Profit commission calculation and share with accounts.
∎ Fulfilling the requirements of audit observation.
∎ Preparing report for premium refund on invalid policies, rejected for age and pre-existing conditions.
∎ Sharing claim payment sheet (monthly) during transferring of monthly claim amount.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be fluent in both Bangla and English Language
