Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and supervise the IT, Claims, Admin-Procurement & Customer Services teams to ensure achieving company goals.
∎ Take appropriate strategies to achieve short-term and long-term targets.
∎ Implement and execute the company's business plan, overall strategy and vision of the company.
∎ Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
∎ Work collaboratively to develop and improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the company.
∎ Apply strategies to improve forecasting, planning and proper logistics.
∎ Controlling company costs so that budget can be maintained.
∎ Manage the long term sustainable development, administration and implementation of IT programs, policies and procedures in the company.
∎ Deliver prompt, relevant, customer driven, market based cost-effective and efficient technology and operation solutions through business automation that are robust and integrative to meet the business needs.
∎ Manage Branch Operations throughout the country.
∎ Build company image by collaborating with customers, local authority, government, community, and employees and enforce ethical business practices.
∎ Responsible for implementation of operational SLA for better customer service. Ensure preparation of SOPs for each and every major operational process.
∎ Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
∎ Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork amongst employees.
∎ Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff member’s growth.
∎ Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
∎ Provide career guidance and support to educate and motivate team members.
∎ Making good liaison with IDRA and with different regulatory authorities regarding insurance operation.
∎ Ensure business is compliant with regulatory, legal and internal policy framework. Ensure compliance as per CAMALCO guidelines.
∎ Ensure zero level leakage of revenue, timely submission of regulatory reports and internal policy, customer data / file management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 48 years
∎ Knowledge on programing language.
∎ Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role for more than 4 years.
∎ Highest standard of integrity, humility and ethics.
∎ Leadership with a wide perspective right from strategy to operations.
∎ Result orientation and proven execution capability.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line teams.
∎ Deep understanding of financial technology, AI and software development, delivery, project management disciplines are essential.
