∎ Masters or bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
∎ Certification in CISA/CIA will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by formulating policies, frameworks, and reporting formats.
∎ Cultivating a risk-aware culture across all organizational levels.
∎ Supporting the Head of Audit, Risk, and Compliance Officer in generating regular risk reports and dashboards for Management and the Risk Committee.
∎ Collaborating with the Audit team to contribute to risk assessments and audit activities when relevant.
∎ Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management strategy aligned with business objectives.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk considerations into strategic planning processes.
∎ Regularly conduct comprehensive risk assessments, covering areas such as enterprise-level risk, process-level risk, project risk, compliance risk, reputation risk, security risk, IT risks etc.
∎ Ensure the ongoing relevance and currency of risk-related policies.
∎ Proactively alert management to emerging risks that may evolve in the future.
∎ Evaluate major strategic decisions made by management from a risk perspective.
