∎ Objective / Purpose of the Job (brief description of the overall purpose of the job/position): This position is responsible to execution of internal audit to meet compliance and facilitate awareness training for workers on compliance issues, assist in WPC formulation & execution , provide guidelines for environmental health and safety, Conduct fire; electrical and civil construction related audits and prepare documentation to meet statuary and buyer compliances.
∎ This position is critically linked with long term & short term compliance strategy to effectively develop policy & process of Fb Footwear compliance in line with business requirement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct all kinds of Internal Audit as per Code of Conduct to meet compliance and identify improvement area accordingly on regular basis against the NC and follow up the same by taking corrective action.
∎ Implemented adhoc basis fire fighting awareness program to ensure employee/ building safety in compliance with Accord & Alliance Standard/ labor law
∎ Conduct training sessions regarding compliance issues as per yearly training calendar to meet the criteria of buyer/ statuary requirement
∎ Monitor and maintain standard safety practices in factory by collaborating with the Health & Safety Department
∎ Follow-up all kinds of HR& Admin related compliance activities to meet up buyers legal requirement
∎ Facilitate employee engagement / awareness/ training programs /Welfare as per company guidelines.
∎ Develop and update weekly Business/ compliance/ Report for the consumption of management
∎ Extensively work on Non Compliance (NC) Issues which are being identified at internal/external audit in order to close the NC within the deadline by allocation proper adequate to meet the deadline.
∎ Run the function of grievance management and counseling for the workers as per guideline of labor law
∎ Ensure to implement best housekeeping practices

Additional Requirements:
∎ The job holder needs to have similar kind of experience of minimum 3-4 years in a labor oriented organization. However, for any exceptional candidate; the experience requirement may be relaxed.
∎ The job holder needs to have in-depth operational understanding in HR & Admin Policy/ CoC and Process ,Labor Law, Audit Management ,Domestic Inquiry, License Management, IR Skills , HR & Admin Compliance
