Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing and managing the commercial operations of an 100% export-oriented footwear company.
∎ Managing the bonded warehouse operations,
∎ Overseeing import and export documentation (e.g., Contract, LC, BL, AWB, COO, HS Code compliance).
∎ Coordinating with C&F Agents freight forwarders, customs, bond customs, and logistics providers.
∎ Ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
∎ Monitoring shipment schedules, tracking cargo movement, and resolving any issues.
∎ Having good relation with Bangladesh Bank and others Banks for regular banking and incentive and vast knowledge for all banking procedure.
