• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering

• Graduate from Footwear/ Leather/ Leather products/ in any discipline.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age 22 to 26 years

• More than 3-5 year(s) industrial experience in commercialization -product development.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Art & Sketch, Fashion Design, Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Excellent communication & organizational skills.

• Good drawing ability, making rough design and CAD skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Coordinate between Product Development (PD) and Production teams for smooth style handover.

• Support pre-production trial samples and ensure technical readiness before bulk production.

• Assist in resolving technical and process issues during commercialization stages.

• Support planning and implementation of production layouts for new styles.

• Ensure smooth functioning of mass production with minimal quality or process deviations.

• Monitor production readiness and follow up on timelines and deliverables.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of approved styles.

• Salary Review: Yearly
