Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Development of all types of footwear (Design & Pattern making)
Having skill and experience in shoe construction/last
Pattern engineering
Must have knowledge on shoe grading software
Preparing Production Pattern
Prepare technical data sheet & materials consumption for a desired style
Coordination with merchandising team
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skill
Able to work under pressure individually and with team
