Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA in HRM is preferred .
∎ Masters in any discipline with experience in footwear industry of minimum 3-5 years

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing Manpower demand from the concern department.
∎ Job design and development based on organizational and departmental goal.
∎ Ensure core business, activities and participating in overall HR controlling system of the company.
∎ Designing and implementing performance management system.
∎ Maintaining HR functions, motivation, and performance appraisal system.
∎ Supervising welfare facilities & ensure the Welfare Policy health, hygiene & safety issues to the Workers.
∎ Comply grievance handling procedure & counseling of workers.
∎ To execute Orientation and Training Program and awareness for the workers. Ensure relation between Company owner and Workers wants.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 in the factories.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared / ready for assessment / audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical / Quality Assurance Audit, Security System Audit, Fire safety assessment (Building and Electrical), Structural safety assessment, etc.
∎ Communicates and coordinates various audit body (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.) by providing supportive documents.
∎ Accomplishes & follow up buyer's/ audit's corrective action plan
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance instruction.
∎ Liaise with all concern department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit / assessment.

∎ Well experienced in HR & Administration function in reputed company.
∎ Experienced in capability & capacity management & development.
∎ Strong in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS office package along with good command on internet, handling software like MRS and other HRM related software.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken English.
∎ Should have the ability to work in team.
∎ Willingness to work independently in a fast paced environment with self-direction under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
