Job Context:

vivo Bangladesh Factory is a well-reputed Chinese multinational smartphone assembly and manufacturing company, namely Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a payroll specialist. This role is essential for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees through effective compensation and welfare management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify employee attendance via HRMS software and update records regularly.

  • Prepare and submit salary sheets and analysis reports for management approval, and upload salary details to the bank portal.

  • Collect, verify, and update daily attendance data, preparing reports for management.

  • Maintain employee master data, including updates on inactive or resigned employees, and ensure HR policies align with management directives.

  • Collaborate with tax consultants to calculate salary AIT accurately and provide the necessary data.

  • Manage HRMS software by uploading employee records and verifying leave data.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for third-party suppliers and employees regarding payroll matters, providing accurate and timely responses.

  • Support internal audits by providing subsidy and salary data and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

  • Provide error-free monthly salary within the due time.

  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with all employees and address employees‘ queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
