Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation).
Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
Deep understanding of all HR functions, Admin & IR activities, and Payroll management.
Principal Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Analysing the organization`s current and future staffing needs to create a strategic recruitment plan.
Collaborating with department heads to create accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events to find potential candidates and developing and promoting the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates` qualifications and fit for the organization and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinating the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Organize and co-ordinate Orientation programs for all new entrants and intern students in the company.
Co-ordinate with different universities/ institutions and intern students for internship program in the company.
Compile training needs from annual appraisals, plan, and design annual training schedule for the Management / Graded staff of the Company. Update annual training and implement it as per schedule.
Assist in preparing job description for all positions and update job descriptions as and when required.
Assist HOHR to conduct succession planning.
Manage various reward and recognition programs.
Assist in development of policies competitive to the industry and in its implementation.
Assist Head of HR in different HR related legal and statutory matters.
Plan and organize different employee engagement and health & wellbeing activities.
HR Services:
Prepare all kind of internal letters like confirmation letter, transfer letter, release letter, experience certificates, loan certificates, training certificates, warning letters etc.
Issue Salary Certificates and introductory letters.
Reports on accounts month closing related job (Gratuity, PF, WPPF, Tax, Festival bonus and Annual bonus provision).
Employee Payroll:
Administer payroll of management and non-management staffs of the organization.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing for Non – Management (like all kind of data entry in the payroll related to OT, Shift, Officiating, Lunch Disturbance, Lunch Deduction etc., monthly new loan entry, adjustments, deduction, reconciliation processing and checking), payroll reporting for the bank advice and resolving complexities.
Fulfilling queries related non-management payroll as and when required.
Payslip generation in the payroll and distribution along with other documents for admin of different locations.
Coordinate with Finance for accounting, auditing, and taxation purpose.
Manage employee benefits such as Annual Allowances, Festival Bonus, Incentive Bonus, Loan, Leave Encashment, & Perquisite disbursement / reimbursement
Payroll related month end reporting with finance team.
Industrial Relations:
Provide necessary inputs for formulating and implementing the employee relations strategy and policies.
Hold discussion with other business and enabling functional key management staff to resolve various employee relations’ issues and provide expert advises.
Assess trend and pressure of country and company IR environment and produce necessary reports.
Assist Head of HR in negotiating and implementing the LTA. Negotiate with the CBA and local committees of the union as and when required on various local issues to maintain congenial industrial relations throughout the company.
Implement changes through discussions with unions and when directed by Country Managing Director.
Carry out protocol job of the important visitors-arranging Airport passes, receiving at the airport, coordinating their stay in the country, and seeing them off at the end of the visit.
Assist Head of HR and FD in calculating WPPF amounts.
Process final settlement and whole leaving process of employees leaving the organization, loan processing, maintaining loan schedule, Loan reconcile and other employee services (i.e. long service award).
