Responsibilities & Context:
Demonstrate passion for developing and implementing improvements and reliability of material management methodologies.
Prepare correspondence and various reports of the department for presentations.
Work closely with procurement team for scheduling materials supply chain to meet production needs.
Supervises and directs the staff including CSA, storekeeper & shop floor worker providing training and development, monitoring and evaluating work performance and disciplining staff as necessary.
Develops and maintains inventory of finish goods raw materials spare and repair parts, materials, and tools.
Plans, directs, and schedules for regular inventory of stock able items.
Ensure all materials are kept on warehouse proper way & FIFO are well maintained.
Coordinates and directs day-to-day product delivery operations.
Monitoring & supervising materials recovery process.
To ensure distribution of electrodes to all sales centre in a most cost-efficient manner.
To maintain effective working relationship with customers, other Companies and Government departments.
To ensure that that all vehicles used are safe and roadworthy, driven by trained drivers and maintained by experienced personnel.
To ensure that all the vehicles are properly parked in the office compound and that rules of safety and security are well observed.
Ensures all required training is administered to workers
Maintains a positive attitude with team/unit.
IMS documentation and SHEQ Safety activities.
