Job Context:
∎ Overall Supply chain management and execution of all procurement activities minimizing overall cost and ensuring value for money
∎ Ensure appropriate procurement supports in accordance with business lines requirement in a timely manner for sustainable growth of GLIL.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to implement company's supply chain strategy
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly for Head office and remote offices.
∎ Execute and manage the procurement function by negotiation with different vendor and suppliers as per company procurement policy.
∎ Negotiate the lease of new premises for Branch Offices.
∎ Making comparison statement, approval from management
∎ Work Order issue and management
∎ Prepare monthly expense provision
∎ Prepare different agreement with vendors and landlords.
∎ Internal and external guest travel arrangements & accommodation
∎ Execution of printing and press related activities
∎ Review and reports for vendor performance
∎ Ensure accurate application of VAT/TAX with supporting documents
∎ Regulatory reporting and Correspondence with IDRA.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
∎ Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, regulatory requirement, penalty, accidents)
∎ Assist logistics process for the development of new office premises, inventory maintenance, and fixed asset management.
∎ Evaluate and report on KPIs
∎ Maintain supply chain inventory and records
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain and office administration.
∎ Understanding of accounting and finance.
∎ Must be able to comprehend legal documents related to Procurement.
∎ Strong communication skills and the desire to build long lasting relationships with internal and external customers.
