Title: Assistant Officer to Executive Officer (Human Resources)

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in Business, Bank Management, Law or any relevant subjects from a reputed University with no third division in academic records.
∎ MBA (major in Human Resources) from reputed University will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all types of employee related Disciplinary Issues.
∎ Arrange In-House & External Training.
∎ To provide different reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Amend HR Policy & Code of Conduct as required time to time.
∎ Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly activities report.
∎ Assist in Performance appraisal Management process
∎ Keep the personal file & HRIS update
∎ Assist for Work Permit & Visa related work for Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years' experience in HR department of any Bank/NBFI.
∎ Please do not apply if you don’t have knowledge on disciplinary issue & labor law.
∎ Age not more than 40 years.
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
∎ Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
