Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
MBA/Masters in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Management, or related discipline will be preferred.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years as Branch Manager.
Experience in Islamic Banking will be an added advantage.

Sound knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage risk.
Computer literacy and familiarity with core banking software.
Other Terms & Conditions:
Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to attend the written and or Oral Exam.
Experienced selected candidates have to submit release letter from the existing/previous Organisation during joining.
May be transferred as Branch Manager/ any other position as and when required.
Overall management and and supervision of branch operations.
Ensure Target achievement including deposit mobilization, investment/loan growth and profitability
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor credit appraisal, recovery and risk management activities.
Lead, motivate and evaluate branch staff to ensure high performance and service quality.
Strengthen customer relationships and expand the branch's business portfolio.
Ensure proper internal control, audit compliance, and reporting.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
