Additional Requirements:
At least 20 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years of exposure to loan recovery, legal actions, and portfolio management.
Preferable within 50 years.
Track record in turning around distressed loan portfolios.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English & Bengali.
Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Audit tools.
May need to travel outside Dhaka if required.
Oral Exam shall be conducted only for the qualified shortlisted candidates.
Responsibilities & Context:
To help Formulate and implement effective recovery strategies for classified and non-performing assets (NPAs).
Coordinate with recovery teams to maximize asset realization.
Co-ordinate with regulatory bodies, legal authorities, and stakeholders to expedite recovery processes.
Provide strategic guidance to management on risk minimization and portfolio improvement.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and Shariah principles.
Job Other Benifits:
Contractual for one year. The contract may be extended based on performance.
As per bank`s policy.
