- Age At most 60 years
Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience, including substantial exposure to credit analysis and risk management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Co-ordinate the credit appraisal process for corporate, SME, and retail clients in accordance with Shariah principles.
Assess, analyze, and evaluate investment proposals, financial statements, and risk factors.
Prepare high-quality investment memos, investment related reports and recommendations for management and Investment committees.
Monitor investment portfolio performance, ensure timely review, and identify early-warning signals.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and Shariah guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to junior investment team members.
Maintain strong relationships with clients while upholding the Bank’s risk management framework.
Job Position may be negotiable
