∎ Bachelor / Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management
∎ Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to human resources and core administrative operations, along with in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
∎ Strong understanding of administrative principles and adherence to regulations, coupled with the ability to identify and resolve HR issues creatively and effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and enhance HR policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to align with best practices and meet business requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage disciplinary actions, termination procedures, and final settlements in accordance with applicable laws.
∎ Create and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the organization's staffing requirements.
∎ Perform job analysis and manpower planning, and update and create job descriptions.
∎ Oversee internal sourcing, draft job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
∎ Engage in negotiations with chosen candidates and oversee the onboarding process.
∎ Manage HR records and supervise the performance evaluation process using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Conduct performance appraisals, evaluations, and facilitate promotions and increments.
∎ Monitor attendance, leave, and absenteeism, and take appropriate actions as necessary.
∎ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling, and grievance handling.
∎ Identify training and development needs through structured induction plans and ongoing assessments.
∎ Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and activities aimed at improving employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Conduct employee induction training and maintain training databases.
∎ Foster positive work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention among employees.
∎ Monitor housekeeping, welfare, cleanliness, security, safety, health, and hygiene activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
