Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Management
∎ From any reputed Educational Institution
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Payroll Processing, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Admin, Supervising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Manager & to function all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
∎ Must have to own a leadership ability to lead a team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
∎ Develop corporate plan for a variety of HR matters such as Recruitment, Selection, Organization Development, Compensation, Benefits etc from own idea.
∎ Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
∎ Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
∎ Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
∎ Able to implement 360 Degree or KPI based performance appraisal management.
∎ Able to adopt technology advancement.
∎ Provides general secretarial and administrative support (updating staff files and contracts, handling correspondence, registration and filing, etc.).
∎ Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting office policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.
∎ Keep record (e.g. absences & leave) and ensures that HR data is of good quality and kept up to date, particularly regarding salary.
∎ Must have to have knowledge on ERP Software (HRIS).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work Station will be Mirsharai, Chittagong. Local candidates will be given preference.
∎ Well experienced in Factory HR & Administration.
∎ Experience of Labor handling.
∎ In depth Knowledge in Labor Law

Salary: Negotiable
