1. Supervise and manage all store operations including material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance in compliance with company procedures.

2. Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize wastage, damage, and discrepancies.

3. Maintain accurate and updated records of all incoming and outgoing materials using ERP or inventory management software.

4. Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality departments to ensure timely availability of materials and uninterrupted production flow.

5. Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of stocks with system records to ensure data accuracy.

6. Ensure safe, organized, and systematic storage of electrical components, copper coils, transformer oil, and other production materials.

7. Monitor and control minimum and maximum stock levels for critical items. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports for management review and decision-making.

8. Prepare and submit monthly inventory and consumption reports to management.

9. Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
