• Age At least 35 years

• Sales & Marketing operations for transformers, substations, and related power equipment to ensure achievement of business growth targets.
• Provide strong technical support by interpreting transformer designs, substation layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications, and preparing accurate techno-commercial proposals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients.
• Collaborate with design, production, QC, and service departments to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and smooth project execution.
• Possess strong knowledge of substation equipment (Transformers, LT/HT Panels, PFI Plants, Generators, and other electromechanical equipment).
• Achieve the monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely implementation and progress of construction schedules.
• Perform any other professional responsibilities assigned by the management as required.
