Responsibilities & Context:
· Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team; ensure implementation of financial policies.
· Oversee accounts, cash & bank management, fund flow, stock records, and financial controls.
· Report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
· Ensure Tax & VAT compliance, including TDS/VAT deduction and statutory filings.
· Coordinate with Store, Sales, Marketing, and Factory for integrated financial operations.
· Manage internal & external audits and ensure compliance with RJSC, tax laws, and company policies.
· Use Tally/SAP and MS Excel for reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
