Skills Required: Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English),Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
Should have adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Act.
Acceptable knowledge on Accord/ Alliance/ RSC/ Nirapon standard.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and audit Tier-2 and Tier-3 factory lists to ensure traceability compliance.
Support factory self-assessments (Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3) and follow up on CAP closures as per customer requirements.
Prepare and share compliance checklists with factories.
Liaise with customer Ethical and Sourcing teams to meet compliance documentation needs.
