∎ BBA/MBA (HR)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in managing all HR & Admin operations of the plant.
∎ Execute plant recruitment, placement, attendance, payroll, disciplinary actions, etc.
∎ Assist in executing the organization's HR & Admin policy and strategy across the plant.
∎ Monitor and manage all HR, admin & compliance-related regular issues in the plant.
∎ Ensure all policies comply with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
∎ Ensure factory security and administrative logistic support for the plant employee.
∎ Ensure regular fire safety inspections and all necessary codes and regulations.
∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role for a smooth workplace.
∎ Ensure all the daily HR & Admin operations coordinate with the central HR & Admin.
∎ Ensure the plant employees comply with the necessary health, hygiene & safety regulations and practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Good at MS Office and communication.
∎ Hands-on knowledge in HRIS.
∎ Can-do work attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
