Office Management:

Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for executives or other key personnel.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flight, accommodation, etc.).
  • Ensure proper allocation of meeting rooms and resources for scheduled events.

Communication & Correspondence

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence or documents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

Document Management

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with document filing and retrieval for audits or other purposes.

Data Entry & Reporting

  • Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy of all entries.
  • Generate regular reports for management on various business activities.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting initial orientations.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
