Office Management:

- Ensure the office is well-maintained, including managing office cleanliness and equipment functionality.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Coordinate and manage schedules for executives or other key personnel.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flight, accommodation, etc.).
- Ensure proper allocation of meeting rooms and resources for scheduled events.
Communication & Correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence or documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Document Management
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure all documentation complies with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with document filing and retrieval for audits or other purposes.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy of all entries.
