Customer Service & Sales:

• • Greet and assist showroom visitors.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

• • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
  • Demonstrate product features to customers effectively.

Inventory & Display:

• • Ensure showroom displays are attractive and organized.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and report shortages.

Documentation & Reporting:

• • Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain daily sales and customer interaction reports.

After-Sales Service:

• • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
