Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance Beautyology Aesthetic Clinic’s brand visibility, patient engagement, and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and creative thinking to manage multi-channel digital campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care & Assistance

• Assist doctors during aesthetic, skin, laser, and cosmetic procedures

• Prepare patients before treatment and provide post-procedure care instructions

• Monitor patients’ condition during and after procedures

• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times
  
  2. Clinical & Treatment Support

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments

• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control standards

• Assist in procedures such as laser therapy, PRP, facial treatments, injections, etc. (as per clinic policy)

• Handle medical consumables and maintain stock records
  
  3. Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

• Update consent forms and medical histories

• Coordinate with front desk and doctors for treatment schedules
  
  4. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

• Follow clinic SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols strictly

• Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of treatment areas

• Comply with medical ethics and regulatory guidelines
  
  5. Client Communication

• Explain pre- and post-treatment care clearly to clients

• Answer basic treatment-related questions politely and professionally

• Provide reassurance and emotional support to patients
  
  Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / BSc in Nursing from a recognized institute

• Valid Nursing Council Registration

• Previous experience in aesthetic / skin / cosmetic clinic preferred

• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin procedures & infection control is an advantage

• Good communication skills and professional attitude

• Female candidates preferred (if clinic policy requires)
