- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage beauticians, sales staff, and support team members.
- Maintain client service standards, handle customer feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory, beauty product stock, and coordinate with head office for supply.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver professional and consistent service.
