Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in parcel handling, logistics, or administrative dispatch operations.

• Experience with local and international courier services.

• Proven experience in tracking, record maintenance, and vendor coordination.

• Familiarity with logistics management systems or courier tracking tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise and manage all parcel handling activities including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching.

• Coordinate with logistics partners, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely parcel deliveries.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of incoming and outgoing parcels.

• Implement and monitor procedures for parcel safety, security, and accuracy.

• Allocate tasks and supervise parcel department staff to ensure productivity and performance.

• Resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints in a timely manner.

• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and supplies.

• Monitor and control departmental KPIs such as delivery timelines, error rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

• Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to higher management.
