  • Data analysis and presentation. 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and update employee information. 

  • Assist in conducting the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, managing competitive exams, physical interviews, and overseeing the employee onboarding process. 

  • Manage the attendance system and align OT payment with SBL policy. 

  • Facilitating employee performance assessment cycle, encompassing the annual performance appraisal, probationary period assessment, and contract renewal procedures.

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations along with periodic and special assignments.

  • Assist in handling disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances, and employee relations issues in compliance with the organization`s policy and local laws.

  • Assist in taking initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and advancing organizational objectives. 

  • Drafting meeting minutes, office circular, and different employee communications.

  • Organize different employee engagement events.

  • Involvement in employer branding and promoting the organization`s employer brand to attract top talent.

  • Assisting with compliance matters, including labor laws, employment regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR.

  • Stay abreast of HR trends, laws, regulations, and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR services.

  • Any other HR activities assigned by the Supervisor.
