Must be good at speaking and writing in English.
Good knowledge of HR & labor law policies in BD.
Good Knowledge of computers, MS-Office, and MS-Excel.

Data analysis and presentation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and update employee information.
Assist in conducting the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, managing competitive exams, physical interviews, and overseeing the employee onboarding process.
Manage the attendance system and align OT payment with SBL policy.
Facilitating employee performance assessment cycle, encompassing the annual performance appraisal, probationary period assessment, and contract renewal procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR operations along with periodic and special assignments.
Assist in handling disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances, and employee relations issues in compliance with the organization`s policy and local laws.
Assist in taking initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and advancing organizational objectives.
Drafting meeting minutes, office circular, and different employee communications.
Organize different employee engagement events.
Involvement in employer branding and promoting the organization`s employer brand to attract top talent.
Assisting with compliance matters, including labor laws, employment regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR.
Stay abreast of HR trends, laws, regulations, and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR services.
Any other HR activities assigned by the Supervisor.
