Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma in Computer

Professional degree in Graphics Design

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Min. 5 years of proven working experience at relevant field and min. 2 years of experience as team leader/ asst. manager/ production manager.

• Educational requirements can be considered for outstanding/ experienced candidates.

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Light room).

• Expertise in doing Neck Joint, Color Correction, Ghost Mannequin, Symmetric, Manipulation, and Complex High End Retouch.

• Flexible working at shifting duty (Morning, Evening & Night).

• Willing to do overtime duty.

• Be able to communicate efficiently in ENGLISH – both written and verbal.

• He must be an enthusiastic, proactive, disciplined and good team player.

• Be able to meet targets and handle a high pressure environment.

• Be able to lead and manage teams(30-40 employees).

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to improve their skills and performance.

• Need to have leadership skill.

• Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

• Need to understand client requirements and communicate with studio team members as per their guideline.

• Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.

• Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
