∎ Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow.
∎ Ability to work well in a team environment.
∎ It is a shifting duty and applicant should be flexible enough to work in night shift.

∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents.
