• Good with computer skills.        
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workflow.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.        
• It is a shifting duty, and the applicant should be flexible enough to work on the night shift.

• Managing customer inquiries.

• Identifying and assessing customers` needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer documents.
