Responsibilities & Context:
To pay attention to various facilities for the welfare of the workers such as: canteen, rest room, children`s center, provision of adequate toilets and washrooms, drinking water etc.
To strive to improve the quality of work and living conditions of the workers and to make recommendations to the appropriate authorities regarding their welfare.
If there are any individual or collective grievances of the workers, they should be brought to the attention of the authorities for their prompt disposal.
If there is a difference of opinion between the employer and the labor side, taking the initiative for compromise.
