• Prepare compliance documentation and confidently face and manage audits for certifications such as  SEDEX, BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, WRAP, SMETA and others.

• RSC, Nirapon 90 Days (Real Time) follow-up.

• Higg Index (FSLM, FEM, SLCP)

• Environment Parameter

• Ensure implementation of factory compliance requirements as per Buyer Code of Conduct (COC), local labor laws, and international standards.

• Keep the factory audit-ready at all times.

• Prepare, maintain, and update compliance documents and registers according to buyer requirements.

• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, including Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), fire safety, and electrical safety.

• Take prompt initiatives to resolve non-compliance issues effectively.

• Build and maintain positive relations between workers and management to prevent grievances.

• Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) based on audit findings.

• All industrial setup Machinery Maintenance

• All Safety issue follow -up (Fire, Electrical)
