Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
∎ Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations including office management, facility supervision, and asset management.
∎ Maintain strict compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
∎ Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
∎ Develop and implement HR and compliance policies and procedures.
∎ Provide strategic input to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
∎ The incumbent must have sound knowledge about the foreigner Visa, Work Permit, Security Clearance and Home Ministry related issues and be able to handle the situations on time.
