Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring maintaining and monitoring the HR operational issues for HCMP at cox’s bazar
∎ Monitor and ensure system entry of the new joiners and documentation of personal files
∎ Generate appointment letters and upload documents of personal files in EDMS (Electronic Data Management System)
∎ Arrange and conduct new staff’s orientation of the HRPP, code of conduct, and refresher sessions
∎ Maintain leave and attendance record for both regional office and field offices.
∎ Ensure end to end documentation of separation process including exit interview and its report
∎ Resolve the issues of special leave related issues including accidental leave, maternity leave, paternity leave etc
∎ Coordinate audit team and reply audit queries within the given timeline
∎ Manage HRIS support and ensure end to end transfer process, clearance of final settlement and prepare contract renewal letters
∎ Monitor and ensure health insurance, ID card issues Manage day-to-day activities of HRIS to support the HR related functions.
∎ Ensure field visiting of the team members and strong tie up with field staff.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Demonstrated competency to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Good Interpersonal skill.
∎ Intermediate knowledge on Office Applications.
∎ Analytical and excellent reporting skill.
∎ Data mining, data presentation and interpretation skill.
∎ Should be a team player.
∎ Work under pressure and have attention to detail.
∎ Willingness to travel and stay in the field.
