∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in planning and implementing the action plan and strategy of Human Resource Division.
∎ Assist in workforce planning, budgeting and designing organizational structures of Human Resource Division.
∎ Work as a focal person for all communication-related activities of Human Resource Division and maintain all communication of Director, HR.
∎ Develop required reports, briefing papers, other related documents and prepare presentation for Director, HR.
∎ Schedule and organise different meetings, conferences, workshops of Human Resource Division.
∎ Manage Director's schedule and Prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Work closely with the HR strategy team to bring in positive cultural changes in the organization.
∎ Safeguarding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year of relevant work experience in any reputed organisation is preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Knowledge in basic HR-related tasks and activities
∎ Excellent MS Office knowledge
∎ Outstanding organizational, time management and presentation skills
∎ Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
∎ Should have the ability to multitask, work independently and under pressure
∎ Discretion and confidentiality
