Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage plant-level HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and Payroll.
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and all statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of HR, Admin & Compliance records.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee welfare issues in alignment with company policy.
Coordinate training, capacity-building, and engagement programs for workers and staff.
Oversee general administrative functions – security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, and facilities management.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders for labor inspections and compliance matters.
Support management in audits, certifications, and sustainability initiatives.
