Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, selection, placement, Compensation/benefits, Legal Compliance/code of conduct, Administration, Fire, Health, & Safety etc.
∎ Handling Disciplinary, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Maintain and update employee personal file and ensure all other relevant documents and database are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation.
∎ Update relevant license and maintain standard public relation with concern stake holder.
∎ Responsible for employee onboarding and exit process.
∎ Maintain Transport Pool.
∎ Responsible for execute training calendar.
∎ Responsible to Travel Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 37 years
