Experience:

• B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Basic understanding of Windows & Linux OS, file systems, and system administration concepts.

• Working knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).

• At Least Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users of varying technical expertise.

• MTCNA, CCNA, CompTIA certification will be preferable.

• Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.

• Support LAN/WAN connectivity and assist with basic network troubleshooting.

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.

• Perform network configuration updates, firmware upgrades, and routine maintenance.

• Monitor network performance using tools like OpManager, AppManager, NetFlow, and Cacti.

• Apply system updates, security patches, and configuration changes on Windows and Linux systems.

• Perform scheduled backups of system configurations and network device settings.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot user devices, printers, IP phones, and CCTV systems.

• Manage and update support tickets accurately in the IT ticketing system.

• Collaborate with IT teams during system upgrades and technology deployments.

• Support administration of collaboration tools such as Exchange, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications.

• Maintain accurate documentation for hardware, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
