Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee back-office operations and improve internal workflows.
Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics across the supply chain.
Coordinate with Finance on budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Work with Sales and Marketing to support forecasts, launches, and promotions.
Work for HVAC solution business strategy.
Lead process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
