Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing brand strategies, campaigns, and annual brand plans.
Support product launches, relaunches, and line extensions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Production, Supply Chain) for brand execution.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative agencies, and media partners.
Conduct market visits to observe consumer behavior, competitor activity, and trade execution.
Support trade marketing initiatives, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promotional activities.
Ensure proper brand presence across general trade and modern trade channels.
Maintain brand guidelines, artwork archives, and campaign documentation.
Educational Qualification:
BBA in Marketing
Applicants from well-reputed public and private universities will be given preference
Experience:
Fresh graduates and female candidates are encouraged to apply
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of branding and FMCG marketing
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus
