Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile Graduates, diploma in fashion technology are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garment Fit, Pattern correction, PLM, Production Process, QMS, Technical Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a culture of customer first and meet all customer expectations in terms of make it right 1st time.
∎ The successful candidate should have experience in product development and be able to interpret design sketches.
∎ Experience in Pattern cutting and pattern correction manually and or CAD.
∎ Fabric Consumption calculation through manually and CAD.
∎ Provide direction and technical expertise for the technical team during fitting & sealing.
∎ Ensure that the teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation
∎ requirements across all brands and departments.
∎ Drive for perfection in terms of quality of the product and processes.
∎ Systematic problem solving and continuous improvement drive at all levels of the
∎ organization.
∎ Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
∎ Manage the critical path in each department.
∎ Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
∎ Ensure that the teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across all brands and departments.
∎ Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment.
∎ Maintain a regular and flawless communication with buyers.
∎ Establish, coach, and guide the factory team on a standard QMS (Quality management System).
∎ Drive for perfection in terms of quality of the product and processes.
∎ Emphasize on in-built quality across the organization rather than traditional check point method.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 600000 - 650000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
