∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Diploma in textile engineering is preferable.
∎ Diploma in Productivity and Quality Management

∎ Age at most 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct pre-final & Final inspection effectively & efficiently.
∎ Conduct risk assessment, follow customer comments, check and verify all comments from Size Set, conduct Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) and start pilot and bulk production.
∎ Demonstrate ability to handle the factory technical evaluation/ audit from buyer and or 3rd party.
∎ Ensure style files and all relevant approvals received by QC from merchandising team.
∎ Follow up on sewing line set up and ensure all process controls and correct machines are in place to achieve required quality levels and production output as planned.
∎ Train factory QC for achieving the goal.
∎ Follow daily product quality, if there found any problem meet factory top management and take necessary steps to solve issues.
∎ Conduct in-line, packing audit and Final Random Inspection (FRI) as per SOP and make sure customers quality, test, packaging requirements are fully satisfied and ensure no potential risks.
∎ Ensure product safety, such as mold prevention, pest control, sharp tool control, pull test, bonding test, minimum neck stretches, lab and chemical test according to customer standard.
∎ Take ownership and control of quality program such as 5S, Traffic light system, DHU and Product Safety as per buyer's guidelines.
∎ Monitoring of factory QA/QC performance and defect rates by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports that should be effectively communicated to all related department.
