Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead & run each & every aspect of HR, Admin & Operations of the Factory.
∎ Responsible for implementing & monitoring of HR, Admin & Operations polices as per local law rules, regulations and company policies.
∎ Advice, guide and support the HR, Admin & Operations team in adopting best HR Practice across the head office and factory
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of Rice factory including administrative work
∎ Perform day to day administrative works of the factory and implement the administrative policy of the company
∎ Close liaison and coordination with the factory Production, Accounts and transport department.
∎ Overlook & coordinate over all factory operations from production to delivery point.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance Management, performance appraisal and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Should have knowledge of preparing and tracking KPI based assessment an evaluation.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law (BLL-2006, 2013 & 2018)
∎ Responsible for worker/staff recruitment according to the company policy.
∎ Ensure that references/background of selected candidates is checked and educational certificates are verified.
∎ Maintain personal files of both staffs and workers, as well as ensure all kinds of documentation of newly joined employee.
∎ Ensure the training and Development Programmed is appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Preserve factory related all necessary documents in a safe custody.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters of employees & workers according to Bangladesh labor law and company policy.
∎ Responsible for salary & wages management and performance management through appraisal form.
∎ Monitor factory daily activities along with over all safety and security system.
∎ Ensure appropriate Health & Safety in accordance with Fire Safety System and any Emergency Situation.
∎ Ensure factory's over all cleanliness and hygiene.
∎ Keep close liaison with corporate office HR, Admin & Operations department for company's smooth operations.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned and entrusted by the management.
