Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRD
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PEGD HR
∎ Training/Trade Course: HRD PGD

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process in time. Keep the possible pool ready for instant recruitment.
∎ Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Provide day-to-day administration support related to logistics, security, and housekeeping, support staff supervision and etc.
∎ Oversee and manage KPI based performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Liaison with local govt. & non-govt. officer/official
∎ Must have the knowledge to efficiently manage the employee's personal file and proper documentation & updating the internal database.
∎ Responsible for Check and verify the daily attendance of the employee and administration leave management.
∎ Assist to circulate different types of notice, office order etc.
∎ Assist to gather the payroll data regarding monthly salary process.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment with all department heads.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Ensure proper exit interview for separated employees and take action accordingly
∎ Any other task assigns by the management/department head for time to time.
∎ Must have knowledge about Hospital & Diagnostic Centre.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
