∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any recognized public/ private University preferably from BUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preferably from having experience with garments sector.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overall maintenance of construction and keep the management updated time to time.
∎ Deal with Sales and Marketing Department to enhance the brand strength and to follow up the promotional activities.
∎ Deals with Supply Chain Management and Accounts Department for the ensuring smooth supply of vendor- payments.
∎ Follow up with new projects with all old & new architectural design, electrical, plumbing and fire design and drowning as per BMDC code of conduct.
∎ Project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Be able to initiate, implement & handover project on scheduled time.
∎ Must be able to make decision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years experiences in a reputed Real Estate & Garments company.

Salary: Negotiable
