Job Context:
We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and hardworking personnel who play a vital role in managing and organizing all human resources of the company. As part of our Human Resources team, the Sr. Executive will be responsible for recruitment and selection, employee relations, maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing the database, and assisting in employee onboarding processes and general administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare Job Ads and post them in suitable media (i.e., job portal, newspaper, professional, social & career networks);
Source prospective candidates through job portal, social media, professional link etc.
Shortlist prospective candidates as per the JD for the position;
Schedule and coordinate interview sessions and provide all support related to the interview processes.
Conduct written tests (for applicable positions) for assessing candidates to ensure whether the applicants meet position requirements fully;
Conduct pre-employment screening and testing, including background/reference check;
Communicate job offer letters to the finally selected candidates;
Carrying out all the formalities of new employees joining and ensure proper onboarding process;
Facilitating the new employee Orientation Program and enhancing the new employee onboarding process;
Ensure employee confirmation and contract renewals are carried out in a timely manner and as per company policy;
Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies management, facility maintenance;
Manage day-to-day HR services, including issuance of various letters, documents, and certificates;
Managing and updating Personnel Files;
Knowledge of the development of Employee Benefit Programs;
Frequently visit Retail shops for attendance purposes & look after the staff’s gestures and posture.
