Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM / Post graduate/ graduates in any business discipline from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kind of internal Letters, Memos, Notices, etc.
∎ Prepare and update various HR analytical reports
∎ Ensure employees have their updated Job Profiles and Performance Assessment forms to complete the performance review; mid-yearly and annually
∎ Collect and compile genuine information from the competitors to prepare various comparative analysis reports and presentations for the Organization,
∎ To ensure smooth and systematic HR and Compliance Practices as Local law and company policy
∎ HR Planning and Development - Selection, Recruitment, Placement, Orientation and Induction.
∎ Management of staff transition - Probation, confirmation, increment, transfers
∎ Day-to-day administrative support - logistics house-keeping
∎ To liaison with local governmental and non-governmental offices.
∎ To assist and coordinate with the Compliance Team on regular basis.
∎ To update manpower status on a daily basis.
∎ To regularly visit floors and to counsel workers when required.
∎ To be effectively involved and active in workers' training.
∎ To be an effective liaison between management and workers in matters related to promotion, transfers, leave, salary increment, settlements etc. and initiate proper documents.
∎ To prepare personnel files of all workers and staff and follow- up
∎ To assist in Rocket account opening and acting as liaison between the worker and Rocket executives.
∎ Handling of discipline, grievance and any other related issues along with relevant authorities.
∎ Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
∎ Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution policies etc.
∎ Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
∎ To assist for upgrading and implementing of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Factory based Garments sector
∎ Good knowledge on Labor Law and Rules as well an handling worldwide Compliance buyers
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Strong command in the English language
∎ DSC, PGD, is Consider as an Extra qualified

Salary: Negotiable
