Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting job offers to onboarding.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Assist managers and employees in understanding performance expectations and providing constructive feedback.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials and resources.
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including financial data, and other HR databases.
Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the organization`s goals and objectives.
Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance across the organization.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, surveys, and organizational development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
Payroll Management:
Act with monthly salary, earn leave, bonus, compensation & assist to disburse.
Generate pay slip.Maintain procedure of month wise yearly increment, confirmation and promotion.
Prepare increment sheet & performance appraisal sheet staff & worker.
Manage all joining and exit formalities of newly & resigned employees.Ensure final settlement, compensation & benefits for employee as per law.
During audit assist to provide HR & Payroll related documents.
Communicate with proper management through mail for updating HR & Payroll related issue.
